LSI-Stone is one of the exclusive suppliers of another impressive project: the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences resort in Marrakech – Morocco.

The project that is still under development is a five-star resort hotel, together with 40 luxury Moroccan villas and townhouses. The project is managed by Kingdom Hotel Investments, Alliances Developpement Immobilier and is operated by the famous Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

It will have a total area of 157,000 square metres and a total project value of $272 million.

The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences resort will be superbly located adjacent to Marrakech’s famous Menara Gardens, by the historial centre of town.

LSI-Stone takes part in this project as the supplier of natural stone. We are currently supplying the finest Portuguese limestones for interior decoration applications, flooring, coverings and some stonework.
